ATHENA Awards Luncheon

The ATHENA Leadership Awards program is internationally recognized in honoring leaders and organizations for more than 30 years in St. Charles County. The awards are given annually to individuals and organizations who have achieved the highest level of excellence, contribute time and energy to improve the quality of life of others in the community, and actively assist others, particularly women, in realizing their full leadership potential.   

ATHENA Leadership Summit

The ATHENA Leadership Summit is held annually the day of the ATHENA Awards Luncheon. The Summit has touched on personal growth, resiliency, courageous conversations, innovation, unprecedented career advancements, and other key topics for women in leadership.  The Summit assists women in engaging within our community, building strong connections, and encouraging leadership opportunities for women of all ages and career stages.  

This one-day event typically sells out and brings in featured presenters to provide both insight and actionable methods to improve personally and professionally.
