SUMMARY:Teambuilding through Volunteerism
DESCRIPTION:We have been invited to participate in a “Teambuilding through Volunteerism” opportunity.\nThe STL Foodbank has partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County to serve food to families in need in our community. The Foodbank delivers pallets of food (fresh produce\, dry goods\, frozen meats\, etc.) to the O’Fallon unit and families can come and receive the food for free in a “drive thru” style distribution. The only thing that’s asked of families is their household size and how many children (18 and under) live in that household. \nPlease see below for additional information:\n  \nDate: Friday\, June 23rd \nTime: 10 am – 2 pm (arrive by 9:45 am to help with set up) \nLocation: 1 Club Way\, St. Peters\, MO 63376 \nVolunteer Needs and Roles: Max of 6 volunteers needed; Sort food into relevant groups\, carry boxes/bags of food to attendees’ cars\, and record basic attendee info for STL Foodbank records. \nIf interested\, please contact Desmond Niboh\, BGCSTC Community Impact Coordinator\, at dniboh@bgcstc.org. \n
